Great copy has the power to transform your business.

When it comes to making your content more persuasive, sometimes the smallest tweak (like a simple word change in your headline or call to action) can make the biggest impact.

But how do you know which words will make the greatest impact?

That’s the trick. Writing high quality website copy and marketing content takes practice. First, you need to learn the fundamentals. Then you try new things, and test them to discover what works.

And sometimes, what works changes over time.

Listen, I’ve been writing marketing copy for more than 15 years, and I’m still testing and trying new things to improve the copy and content I write for my clients.

You may be a decent writer, but do you really have time to dedicate to:

  • Learning the ins and outs of the most effective copywriting principles?

  • Understand what types of content lend credibility, and how to implement research and thought leader insights into an engaging piece of content that is also fun to read.

  • Figure out why a piece of content isn’t performing well and how to improve it?

Consider this. If a better headline or the right call to action can bring in even one new client this month, what would that mean for your business?

Now multiply that by dozens of copy tweaks throughout your website, or sales page, or opt-in.

What would the impact of your investment be then?

Are you ready to up-level your business by working with a marketing writer who can:

  • Build authority and trust with carefully researched thought leadership content?

  • Clearly express the unique value your company offers to your target market?

  • Make small tweaks and use the right words to catapult your business forward so you can serve more people who NEED your services?

If your answer is yes...

Website Copywriting

How would it feel to open your calendar and find a full schedule of sales calls with prospects who can’t wait to work with you?

If you’re a B2B consultant, coach or other service-based business, you need website copy that drives prospects to book that initial sales call with you.

Most prospects, even if they hear about you from a friend, will check out your website before they decide to jump on a call with you to learn more.

You need your website to immediately connect with the clients who would benefit most form working with you. They want to feel a “hell yeah” when they think about booking a call with you, not a “meh”, or even worse, a “no way”. If you’re a coach, consultant or service provider to other businesses, you don’t need your website to sell them anything, but you do need them to want to talk to you.

If you have an established business, but you’re ready to bring on more clients (by booking a steady stream of leads through your website), you’re in the right place.

My website copywriting process combines conversion, user experience, and brand copywriting techniques into a powerhouse package that delivers great results for my clients.

My website copywriting packages include:

  • Kick-off call to identify your target audience, USP, key message points, CTAs and more.

  • Research into your target audience and competitor messaging. I figure out the “what to say” (messaging) before trying to nail down the “how to say it” (copywriting).

  • On-time delivery of polished website copy (3-page, 6 page, and 10 page options) in a format that is clear and easy for you to review and for your web designer to implement.

  • Wrap-up call to ask questions, review and finalize copy. (As long as you show up for scheduled calls and give me everything I need on time, you’ll have final website copy within 10 business days.)

VIP Day Rates

Have a copywriting needs that aren’t listed on this page? Can’t wait the 2+ weeks for my next project start date?

My VIP Copy Days are designed for quick turnaround or custom projects that fall outside of my standard website copywriting packages. You are buying my time on your project for the duration of one business day (or half-day, or power hour) rather than a deliverable. We won’t have time for customer interviews or competitive research, and you won’t get a polished, copyedited piece, but I will spend a full-day working on your project. (If you want a website that is gets you great results and is ready to go in two weeks, your best bet is one of my full-service website copy packages.)

What you get:

  • 1-hour call to kickoff our work together

  • 1 day of my time dedicated to the copywriting project of your choice

  • Joint access to your project in progress in Google Docs so that you can check in anytime

  • Instant messaging access to me throughout our day together to ask questions and get immediate feedback

  • 30 minute wrap up call at the end of the day. I’ll present my work. You can ask your burning copy questions and we can work on edits together in real time.

What I can do in a day:

  • Have a website that needs a tune-up? I can typically review up to 3 pages of website copy, make revisions, and provide a list of alternate headlines or CTAs for A/B testing.

  • Draft a short case study. While I won’t have time to interview clients or conduct research, I can take your outline, notes, and client interview transcripts and put together a solid first draft. (I won’t have time to send it off for copyediting, so it won’t be a final, polished draft.)

  • Draft landing page copy or email to promote your upcoming white paper or ebook.

Have ongoing copywriting needs? Ask about my monthly retainer packages and reserve priority time on my calendar each week. (Nothing beats having a copywriter on call…trust me!)
