Already have a strategy in place? 

If you’ve already done your content planning, but need help with getting those pieces written, I can help.

First, we’ll meet to go over your marketing plan together so that I have a clear understanding of your goals.

Then, we’ll get into the specifics of the project. I’ll gather all of the information I need to put together a proposal that includes expected cost and timeline. I can provide you with a cost per project or a package rate for multiple projects. Package rates can also be broken down into a monthly retainer.

If my proposal sounds good, you just need to sign and pay a deposit to get started. The remainder will be due after copy is delivered.

Content Strategy

Your content marketing efforts will get better results if you start with a clearly defined strategy. 

 If you don’t have a written content strategy in place – I can help.

 Every company is different, but you can expect your content strategy to include:

  • Content Audit: review of your existing content to identify holes that can be filled

  • Competitive Audit: review of your competitor’s content to identify opportunities for you to set your company apart

  • Audience Analysis: an analysis of your target audience, their wants, their needs, the questions they need answered. This step may involve developing audience personas.

  • Voice & Tone Development: determining how you want your content to sound. Formal or casual, edgy or professional, and so on.

  • Keyword research: Identifying main keywords to target in your content efforts.

  • Editorial Calendar: Identifying the topics you are going to cover in the coming weeks and months.

Creating a content strategy is a collaborative effort. Once we’ve done the research, I’ll work with your team to build a kick-but strategy that will serve as a roadmap for your future content marketing efforts.
